Age Range: Argonaut groups are for students in 6th-8th grade during the 2026-27 school year. We do consider exceptions for current Argonaut students continuing into 9th grade who want to remain in a group. Please contact us if you would like to request an exception.

Dates: Starting September 1, 2026. If there is space in a group, new students can join at any point in the school year. Groups meet twice per week, with the exception of the holiday weeks below (and occasional weeks off due to facilitator availability). The last session of the 2026-27 school year will be Thursday, June 3, 2027.

Sliding-Scale Tuition: Standard tuition is $75 per week. If you would like to request a discounted tuition via our sliding-scale fee, which can reduce the cost to as low as $10 per week, please fill out this quick form and we’ll reply to let you know of sliding-scale availability. We are working to create as many sliding-scale spots as possible.

Subscription: Upon registration, you will be charged for the first week. Once the program has begun, you will be charged once weekly, covering the following week of program. The subscription can be cancelled at any time.

2026-27 Holiday Weeks (No Argonaut sessions, participants will not be charged):

• Week of September 21st, 2026

• Thanksgiving Week (Week of November 23rd, 2026)

• Winter Break (Week of December 21, 2026 and Week of December 28, 2026)

• Occasionally, sessions may have to be cancelled or rescheduled due to facilitator availability. In these cases, no tuition is charged, and we will notify families as far in advance as possible.

Cancellation Policy

Argonaut subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, you will not be charged for any additional payments; any payment already made for the current or following week’s subscription is non-refundable.

Participation Agreement

All participants will receive a participation agreement and waiver after enrolling; please review and sign this to finalize your enrollment.
